Important information from Barbara Culpepper at the ADE

I do not know why some are receiving the emails and some are not, but those who are, would you please pass on the following message.

We still show about 450 NBCTs who have not gone into ATLAS and responded to their Assurance Statements.

If you cannot remember how to get to ATLAS,

go to www.arkansased.org and click on the “A” in the alphabet. Scroll down to ATLAS and that will take you right to the sign in page. Your User ID is mmddyy of your birthday and then the last four digits of your SS#. If you cannot remember your password, click on “I forgot my password” and ATLAS will send you a new password (only good for 24hrs).

*NOTE: If your email address has changed and the one in ATLAS is incorrect, you need to call our office and we will go in and change the email address. This must be done for ATLAS to send the temporary password to your current address. If you sign in correctly and still get an error message, then you need to change browsers. We have found that this works. Once in ATLAS, you need to update your profile first and submit. Then go to your ATLAS menu and click on Assurance Statements and respond to the statements and Submit. If your employment is already verified, it will show on the “Form Status” page (button on your ATLAS menu). You will see the date you responded to the statements, also. You can follow the process there.

If the information on your W-9 and Direct Deposit forms is correct, you do not need to resubmit those forms. If it has changed, the forms are on your ATLAS menu, just follow the directions.

*NOTE: If the information on your W-9 and Direct Deposit forms is correct, you will only see (-) next to them. The (+) is for those who had to send in new forms. So do not be alarmed if you do not see (+).
